Retroid has added a third version to its dual-screen handheld lineup: the Pocket Duo Lite Plus. The company’s US-dollar product listing places the new model between the original Duo Lite and the higher-end Pocket Duo. It appeared in technology coverage on September 20, 2026, and Retroid lists mid-November as the start of shipping. This is an announced configuration, not a device we have tested.
A chip and memory upgrade, not a new shell
Retroid lists a Qualcomm Dragonwing Q-7790 processor, 8GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 storage for the Lite Plus. The existing Lite instead has a QCS6125 processor and comes in 4GB/64GB or 6GB/128GB configurations. The newer model also lists Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4 and Android 16, versus Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0 and Android 15 on the Lite.
The two devices retain the same basic screen arrangement: a 5.5-inch 1080p, 60Hz primary TFT screen and a 4.2-inch, 960p, 60Hz secondary TFT screen. Retroid lists a 6,000mAh battery, active cooling, Hall-effect sticks and digital shoulder triggers for both. That is useful context for buyers who like the dual-screen layout but found the entry model’s processor or memory too limited. Price and shipping
Retroid’s storefront shows $219 for the selected Lite Plus configuration, with shipping calculated at checkout. The company advertises code LITEPLUS for $20 off through October 31, 2026, which would reduce the device price to $199 if the code applies at checkout. Retroid says shipping starts in mid-November; a preorder is therefore not the same as immediate delivery. Taxes, freight, stock and local import charges may change the total.
The listing labels some options “sold out” while also showing an add-to-cart interface, so individual color inventory should be checked directly before ordering.
