The design makes selective sharing central. Families should distinguish information that everyone needs from personal material that happens to sit alongside it. An agent’s separate account does not make every document appropriate for group access.
Google describes CC as an early experiment, rather than a generally available replacement for household planning. The announcement does not establish that it handles every form correctly or understands every scheduling conflict. A useful test will be whether a family spends less time correcting its output than it saves gathering information. No subscription price is stated in the announcement, and worldwide access has not been promised.
