Xiaomi introduced the Xiaomi 18 Fold, its latest premium foldable. It uses Xiaomi’s XRing O3 processor and is designed to make running several apps on the larger folding screen easier. Prices range from 10,999 to 14,999 yuan in China.

For buyers, the important story is not only which phone has the biggest screen. Foldables are moving from experimental products toward a serious premium-phone category. Companies are competing on thickness, durability, software, cameras, battery life and how useful the larger screen actually is.
